Does anyone have any experience with Rimage setups? I've got a 2005-ish vintage Autostar II at work which is slowly dying but due to lack of volume, it seems a replacement isn't in the cards. First it broke two of the four burner trays, so I'm down to two drives, and then the thermal labeling mechanism quit, and now requires something of a rain dance of rebooting and feeding a swear jar to get it to work. The support folks at work haven't been much help.
