back when smoking was legal in bars, people would be having a drink and smoking, and take a tortilla chip, dip it in some salsa and eat it, then go about their smoke, which to me doesn't seem too crazy

but any smoker that smokes during a meal is just...i dont even

Yeah, I saw this a bit back in the day. People who would have a lit cigarette resting on the ashtray, taking a puff or two between bites.

It's probably been about 15 years since I've seen it, but I saw it with some regularity growing up. It boggled my young mind.
