Do you think stress balls work?

i know when i'm stressed i like to get my heart rate pumped up and my muscles all tense by frantically squeezing a dumb ball i paid too much for, super great at relaxing me

^^ a friend of mine gave me a set of those

i don't really use them (for example, i forgot i had them until you post that image )...but sometimes i pull them out and play with them

i like the tinkling noise they make

i have like a million of these that i've gotten for free. i would never, ever pay for one.
