I don't eat them too often, but I think they're delicious.

It's just that my go to wing place turned shitty, and completely gave up on serving quality food.

I've been living on wings and seafood for a week now.

It's been wonderful except the raw bar dinged me with a mystery charge of $102 I gotta report. Still worth it.

I used these wings the first time I made the recipe I linked above, and they were great. Being cage free on a natural pasture diet, the chickens had ZERO extra fat, which helped with the crispiness of the resultant wings.

I made the same wings about a month ago, using supermarket quality wings and they turned out mush.

As soon as we clean out our freezer, I'm stocking back up on these babies!
