I'e had grilled duck heads like this. Not much meat on it, but duck skin is so good when they are grilled and crispy.



Also, fried shrimp heads are amazing! If you guys buy shrimp with head on, try it some time and see for yourself!

Both of those things sound like tons of work for very little payoff.

Crawfish are already almost not worth the trouble, I couldn't imagine trying to eat shrimp heads.
