I don't have time to apply working visa for this year already. They start accepting application from yesterday and it seems that all the slots will be filled out in 4 days.

My OPT is expired at the end of this year. So to keep my identity, I may need to go back to school to finish my 3rd master so that I can have 17 more months of OPT extension.

The immigration system is too rigid. They will only give the extension to ppl who finish the current degree. But actually I already have a master 5 yrs ago. This master is useless for me.

I'm gonna consult a lawyer about my best option.

i know someone who fills out all this paperwork for a living for a major company. they'd probably take $50/hour freelance to get that shit submitted before the cap is filled, providing you have all the necessary documents ready to go.
