The sellers say 3 months, reality is a few hours to a day or so.

I had to check snopes to make sure this was real! Ahhhh, real monsters.

It's like partially an industry of making people upset so they'll give the seller money to undo the cruelty that the seller just did.

When I went to AllGood music festival in 2008, some jackasses were selling turtles like the ones pictured above in small terrariums. It was close to 100 degrees outside. Lots of hippies were buying them just to set them free. I bet the vast majority of those turtles were dead by the end of the weekend.

these fish, reptiles, and amphibians are being produced as a commodity. who cares what you do with them? if they were being raised to be eaten, would people care as much?
