I have some open wounds on my knuckles that won't dry out and scab over. Obviously being on my knuckles it's hard to keep them still so they keep stretching open. Anyone have any tips on the best way to seal and heal these? Liquid Bandage hurts like a MFer due to these being pretty open and "raw" wounds so i'd like to avoid that again.

Currently neosporin and band aids are what i've been using.

i just had a similar cut on one of my knuckles, i used a fabric knuckle band-aid and then ran a regular fabric bandaid on the top of my finger so that it would not allow the finger to bend (acted as a tension member and prevented me from accidentally ripping it open again)

i have no idea what the correct solution is

I'd stick with the neosporin and band aids

if the skin in the wound would dry out and harden new-skin would work great, but i can't seem to get them to dry out and scab.

I scraped my face and arm the last time I was at the USNWC, they need deeper or smoother rivers. Were you in one of the small boats? Those things are a blast.
