Anyone else hearing these sirens? I'm off western near Deboy st. It's much more rhythmic and sustained than a fire engine or the like. Almost sounds like an air raid horn. What's going on?

Hearing it again tonight... best I can figure, it's the construction at Hillsborough/Western/Jones Franklin. Or maybe the asphalt plant over there? SUPER annoying.
