Except that a true Muslim would not eat KFC. No way it passes halal standards. Then again, maybe they make it differently there so that it meets the dietary laws? Which could mean that it would stay crisp for 3 hours if they use different oils and ingredients.

From what ive read the kfc in the middle east is very different and apparently delicious. Also, the three hours is from the time the order is placed with the company. They then have to place the order with their supplier on the egypt side who then has to go to kfc and place the order. Supposedly it only takes about 20 min or so to travel through the tunnel, and is inspected by hamas security forces before it is allowed into gaza
