^ I tried my old retainer on at some point last week... Hurt like hell, after about 15 minutes of it sort of fitting, I got it to actually get on my teeth, but it was super painful and annoying so I took it out after another 15 minutes >_< I should probably try again to wear it for a bit, but I don't want my teeth to be forced to move all at once...

So so so so true. I bought mine when I was 28, and I am extremely glad that I did. Wearing the retainer can be a pain to keep up with, but it's worth it. --->
