for that matter what is the most friendly asian country for foreigners

and i'm talking about AZNs here, folks. Im fairly confident that russia and india/pakistan are pretty diverse (at least in comparison)

most: probably somewhere in japan/china/taiwan/korea (i.e. westernized)

it seems kind of general to ask what the "most xenophobic asian country" is though, don't you think? the continent of asia is pretty diverse itself even without your inclusion of russia/indian peninsula.

Certain parts of South Korea are considering that country is nearly 98% South Korean and many of the people there have never seen a black person in real life. One of my friends and I were at a McDonalds in Lottemart (their walmart) and these kids (under 5) just ran over and stared at him, one of them started rubbing his skin. I guess trying to get the black off him?

I was born in Ohio and didn't see a black person till i was 7 and moved to Greensboro

uh, no. as you said, they have never seen a black person, and you know, kids are so innocent. they can't believe such skin exists, so they want to touch to feel it.

anyway, what "foreigners" are you talking about?

white people? black people? brown people? other asian people? cuz you know, you could go to an country and be seen as an amazing thing and be welcomed and invited into homes and stuff. and i could go to the same country and nobody would care that i was there, or worse, i would be treated negatively because of my ethnicity/skin color.

p.s. and, you say you want to know the most friendly one, but your title is asking for the opposite. knowledge of one doesn't mean the person also has knowledge of the opposite.
