Anyone up for the task? My electric hedge clippers arent strong enough to cut through the thicker stuff at the base and I honestly dont have a place to dispose of these things.
Need someone willing to dig these up and haul them off somewhere. I wont lie, the dirt is somewhat rocky.
$100 to just cut them down flush to the ground and haul them off.
$150 to dig them completely up and haul them off.
I'm located near the corner of highway 55 and 40, near Southpoint mall.

Yep, I would think so as well. I just dont have a chainsaw or a truck. Otherwise I'd definitely do it myself. 6/23/2013 8:27:54 PM |

If I was closer, I would totally do this. You can buy a 12-14" electric chainsaw and do this yourself for $100 btw, well, except for hauling them off.

Yeah, the hauling part is really the only thing I CANT do. But honestly, I'd rather just pay someone with a chainsaw and a truck 6/23/2013 9:57:40 PM |

For anyone else with this stuff...Pampas grass root balls are a chore. I would have cut them for $100, but no way I would have cut them and dug out the root ball for $150. You can use a couple ropes to pull it all together into a tight bundle before cutting so the lower leaves aren't in the way and you can drag it out in one piece.
