Our backyard was running like a river. All my lawn equipment was under 2' of water. I would have saved it before it got that bad, but I was in the air over Texas at the time. Wife didn't think about it when she was taking before/after pictures.

The place with the floodwater rushing over the road is the entrance to an apartment complex just down the road from my apartment. Its in a low spot on Jones Ferry Road and is the only way in and out of the complex. Gotta love the possibility of being trapped in your complex during a heavy rain/flooding situation occurs.

BTW is that here too (Carrboro/CH) or up in Durham?
