Additionally, what he's done since then has shit to do with anything in terms of him being guilty of murder.

I mean, fuck him, he sucks, and it sounds like he sucks criminally, at least with moderate offenses that should score him a little time in the slammer, but saying that he's a murderer because he slapped a ho and acted like a dickhead in a couple of altercations or whatever all he's done since his big trial...is a little like saying that Mike Brown should have gotten shot because of robbery, jaywalking, and generally being a dick.


(Mike Brown should have gotten shot for 2x attacking a cop like a fucking idiot and a violent criminal, but that's another story. Eric Garner would be a much better analogy, except that he wasn't subjected to quite as much character assassination).

is there a noninflammatory, proper way to stalk someone ... assuming that you're not a law officer? My gut response would be no. Again, if you stalk me and continue to do so for an extended distance then it's on you if you get slugged for it at some point.

stalking someone, slowly for an extended period at night is creepy as fuck and it shouldn't be a surprise if, as a response, people go on the defensive in order to protect themselves.

Yeah we all know about the circumstances surrounding the acquittal, but what is the most damning thing? He's a CONVICTED LIAR! It's the conviction on perjury. Remember that? That is automatically admissible, and in a case of his word vs. her word, he loses.

They will go full force with this one on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.


This one won't get dropped and they will move forward on prosecution for the domestic violence as this is his third domestic violence incident.

They will take it to jury and the only plea they will accept is guilty for reduced DV charges.

Why?
With a conviction on reduced DV charges the menace is off the streets and loses his conceal carry (or right to own, possess, distribute, etc.) any firearm or bullet for the rest of his life.


Yes, this is not a racial issue. This is a matter of some fucking psycho who is not qualified to hold a gun or to be trusted with one. White and Black people are equally threatened by a reckless person like that.
