the results of his work are obvious, but it's one of those classic before and after comparisons where he's looking like a sad sack of potatoes in the first and a beaming glistening ray of sunshine in the second

^ While I agree...at least it makes sense. No one is going to be smiling while taking a fat pic. And if you've lost weight and put on some muscle...no doubt you should be smiling!

The "glistening" thing is funny though...no doubt this was taken immediately after a workout when you're looking all "pumped."
