this story just gets more and more weird....

if this is true, then obviously he wasn't drunk enough to know to go to a shelter
but why would he do this.....maybe to be alone to sulk?

i just had a knock on my door passing out fliers with his face on them - the dude doing the knock n talk came off like a detective, black, stocky, strong though, wearing one of those 'detective grade' gold bracelets made of angular links. he related the story of him attempting to buy pot at moore square and the dealer refused and came forward later etc. and people were willing to let small shit go if they came forward, bunch of leading questions intended to catch the guilty. or soon to be guilty.
