Military service is voluntary, my biggest concern is how a PFC E-3 had access to all these documents.

So just because Chelsea feels like a girl, nature made her with boy parts. She is in jail, jail is punishment which means you don't get what you want. Hormone therapy is not needed to preserve her life. Enjoy military prison.

If he'd just blown the whistle on illegal activities, preferably after failing via proper channels, then that would be one thing.
