My uncle was sentenced to death by communist party in culture revolution period in mainland China.
My grandfather was send to rural countryside for 5 yrs.
My father was ill by depression when he heard the news.

So I want to apply citizenship as a refugee because my whole family was ruined by communists.
Is it possible to do so?
