My girlfriend and I have a lease expiring on 11/30, and we plan to move.

Trying to keep rent at $650 or under, one or two bedrooms, she is a new NCSU employee, I go to school at Wake Tech's Health Sciences campus so we are looking near NCSU or WakeMed Raleigh.

Anyone have anything for us? Even if no one has a place for rent, any suggestions would be helpful.

Check out Trinity Properties (Kensington Park and Gorman Crossings). The used to be kind of ghetto, but Trinity bought them out a few years ago and have remodeled all the apartments. Really nice, great location to State, and super cheap (I had a 2br town house for $675 a few years go). I tried moving in there a few months ago when I moved back to Raleigh for my new job at state, but they were complete booked Maybe something has opened up/will open up. Highly recommend though, great staff and maintenance.

^^We checked at Kensington, but they don't have anything open right now.
