is it possible to have a moment with your SO/friends/family without thinking about how you'll post it on the internet later?

i had one friend deactivate his profile, then reactivate it just to post a picture of his new girlfriend. i quote "back on facebook cause of date night with ol' girl."

is this trend getting worse?

No. I could care less. Yes I post but I get pissed off when there is down time and people just flock to that shit

i haven't posted on fb in a year or more. i've noticed that most my actual "friends" on fb have cut-back their postings as well. of course, some people continue to post everything on a daily basis. i've also blocked a lot of the more annoying ones that i don't care about.
