And 10 being you are always buried in the motherfucker. Between texts, calls, Facebook, ESPN, CNN, etc... You are in there like swimwear all day long.

probably around a 7. If I'm not on my laptop in the evenings, I'm usually looking at facebook/tww on my smartphone.
I can ignore it most of the time during work though.

I'd say around a seven. I use gtalk for the majority of my messaging, nook for reading lots of my books, and the default music player for streaming in my car.
