Should be pointed out in the TLDR that 2 girls were actually raped. A 14 year old and a 13 year old. 14 year old was blacked out for it, the 13 year old was sober and told her attacker no several times.

The 14 year old and her mom are being harrassed. She's also tried to kill herself twice since the incident.

It is a cultural rule in "Southern" society that a girl who "throws herself" at a young boy is the actual rapist because young boys cannot control the urge for sex. Therefore it is the responsibility of young girls to withhold sex and any girl who doesn't is a "whore"

I am not agreeing with this logic and do not think they deserved to be raped but there definitely is a difference between full rape and rape where a girl goes into a guys room, drinks out of the "bitch cup" until she passes out and then cries rape the next morning. That is certainly whore activity and some level of betrayal.

Also, how can you hold the boys responsible for their actions under the influence of alcohol while preserving the innocence of the girls? Its like reverse sexism in this new world. Girls can be whores and throw themselves around then if anything happens that they don't like the next day they can just say they were raped. Both parties are certainly at fault imo.

For clarification, I do think an intoxicated adult male is capable of "raping" an intoxicated minor female but I do not believe an intoxicated minor is capable of "raping" another intoxicated minor when those two willingly became intoxicated together. Drinking yourself blackout with a guy is basically consent. The same way an adult male can not truly rape an intoxicated female.

If you have prevented yourself from saying "no" then there can be no rape especailly by a child. This is why this town is frustrated. Probably a clean, christian town that feels like this whore moved in and knowingly tempted these boys then lied about rape on top of that. Ruining the lives of these boys who were hometown heroes.

You act like she passed out medically on the street and they drug her into their dungeon. She snuck into their house in the middle of the night to be with them and then willingly drank liquor out of a tall glass until she passed out. (this is all just her side of the story)

Lets not play dumb about how this situation came about. Girls have a way of passively "throwing themselves at guys" and this is it. Sometimes they feel guilty about it later (usually if their parents catch them and figure out what happened) then they have to lie and say they were raped even though they don't remember what happened to not sound like a whore to their parents.

If she had been sober enough to make it back in through her window and not get caught by her mom, we would have never heard this story.

If she doesn't remember it means she blacked out. It doesn't mean she necessarily passed out just because she doesn't remember anything. She also could have passed out and woke back up so how do we know she was "dumped" ? Seems more likely that she was dropped off in the same way she was picked up and then stumbled before she could sneak back in. This whole story seems to be told in a way that makes the boys as evil as possible annd the girl innocent. This is why the town is outraged.
