Gotta love Scandinavia!

^^Half of my family lives on the west coast of Norway, I grew up spending most of my summers there. Whenever the sun was out, we would be outside. We'd go to the water pretty frequently although it was rarely warmer than 70 or so. The water was usually pretty cold, but you got used to it pretty quickly. The beaches are crowded in the summer, and (like most beaches in Europe) bathing suit tops for women are optional and Speedos or boxer brief type bathing shorts are the typical beach garb for men.
