I lost my keys on Nov 21. either on my way to Thomas hall , In thomas hall (lobby) or in CTC center in fox lab.

If you haven't checked the admin offices of all the buildings you suspect PLUS the buildings around and on the way there, do so now. You can simply call them and ask about lost keys, assuming you can find the directory numbers. No one that found your keys is going to be looking for reward offers, and definitely not on this website (the number of active undergrads is counted on one hand sometimes).
