I used to know this guy a long time ago. Back in 2008 I heard from my sister that he got sent to jail. Every year around Christmas time (his birthday is Christmas day) I kind of wonder what the story was behind his case. Anyway I finally got tired of wondering and sent a request to the clerk for all documents pertaining to the case. It's $1 per page I hope I don't go broke.

(1) The offense was in Orange County FL. (2) I have seen the information available online but it doesn't say what the circumstances of the crime are.

He pleaded guilty (counts 2+3), there may be an allocution in the court records, which would say exactly what in the fuck happened.

The offense date of each count is the same (the offense date isn't given there but it is 08/01/06 according to the department of corrections). I am assuming he did something fucked up with a kid < 12 (794.011(2)(A) specifies penetration) and at least 2 people 12-16 witnessed it.

If you found out someone you used to know got convicted of something like this you would want to know what happened too. I couldn't find any news articles pertaining to it.
