I just got a redemption code for 3 months free Showtime for being a loyal customer.

I go online to redeem it, only to find out Showtime isn't a channel offered to eastern Wake Co. residents.

This had to be a forethought on their part.

We got a package that included free Showtime, HBO or something else. We got our first bill and it showed $11.50 for it, so we called. After getting disconnected 6 times, they finally told us that it wasn't free, it was "included" in our package. If we canceled it our bill would go up by like $30. "You must have misunderstood," they said.

I hate these people. The apt complex I live in has part of my bill built into my rent so I'm kind of stuck with them. Moving to my own place early next year and you can get damn sure I'm dropping these shitheads.
