Just about a month ago, I would have had that much food over a period of 5 days, not 0.5 day .
No wonder I have gained 4 pounds since I started working out last Monday, exactly a week .

^^ Actually, it is not milk, it is laban, which is drinking yogurt (same macros as milk), aka, lassi, in India and nearby countries. That's what I drink, instead of milk... haven't really had much milk with any consistency ever. Laban, OTOH, I love, as it tastes just like yogurt, and I love yogurt.
Have you had mango lassi at an Indian restaurant? If not, you should try it. If yes, I hope you liked it. Well this tastes similar, in that it is fruit flavored drinking yogurt. And might I add, it tastes awesome! Plus it creates a beautiful color.

Ok, the melatonin is starting to kick in! Must go to sleep.
^ WTH? Shakshouka? Is that like, a commonly available food in the US now?!

Spinach Beans Sriracha
I just mix two cans of beans (dark red, black, pinto) in with a bag of frozen spinach on the stovetop and heat it up. Douse with Sriracha sauce and enjoy.
