I can't possibly imagine how many people there are in America getting overpriced rolled up dogshit in tinfoil to the point where this is a successful restaurant chain.

wtf Chipotle is awesome. tasty, cheap, and you get a ton of food for the money.

and I think it's supposed to be Southwestern US cuisine.

Moes / Chipotle / Qdoba makes Mission Style burritos. Named after the Mission District in SF

Chipotle is awesome. If I'm paying full price it's my pick.

Qdoba sends good coupons in the mail and does $1 taco tuesdays though. This past Tuesday I got three beef tacos, three chicken tacos, and a soda for $6 (had a free soda through their rewards program.) Taco Bell can't even beat that deal.

The problem I got with Moe's is that they charge for sour cream, queso, and guac. Dear God, do they have to be that jewish?

I know that Chipotle slathers on a ton of sour cream at no extra cost, but they don't have queso.

If I had to choose, I'd go with Chipotle, I suppose.

I think Q'doba's is a lot better than Chipotle and Moe's. Maybe even combined.

Moe's is so much better, there's no contest in my mind. I don't think I've ever had Q'doba, but I hear they're better than both Moe's and Chipotle.

Chipotle has grilled peppers, which Moe's doesn't, so that's a slight leg up, but Moe's doesn't put pork in either kind of their beans (at least, at the locations I've asked about).

They're all about the same but if I had to pick, Moe's would be at the bottom of the standard burrito joint totem pole.

Edit: Plus their free queso promo for every time the pack scores 40 or more really rubbed it in all season long. They should have lowered the threshold to 10 points or something if they really intended to make a promo of it.

I dunno. It tastes better to me. And it just seems fresher, crisper, and healthier (not saying it necessarily is). Moe's is okay. I've only been to Chipotle twice, but it didn't really do it for me either time.

Who the fuck thinks Moe's is better than Chipotle? It's not even close. You can debate Mission style burritos versus real burritos all you want but Chipotle >>> Moe's.

Not anymore. They have de-porked the pintos.

I enjoy a burrito from Moe's but cannot really fathom how they could be seen as better than Chipotle. Yeah, their chips are free, which is cool, but Chipotle's chips are better. Worth paying for, especially with the guac, which is also excellent.

Qdoba is pretty good but I feel they have to fancy up their burritos (queso, bbq sauce, etc) to make them as good as Chipotle.

Occasionally I find myself missing the pork verde burritos from Baja Burrito.

Every burrito ever made is vastly inferior the burritos made at the restaurant burrito chain that I favor. The burritos that you all eat are essentially buffalo diarrhea compared to the burritos I eat at my preferred burrito chain. I cannot comprehend how anyone can think that there is even one grain of rice in their burritos that is within the same league as any ingredients in the burritos I consume (unless of course you, too, favor my burrito restaurant of choice). You are all savage beasts for even thinking your burritos compare and may god have mercy on your soul.

Its actually fact that Chipotle is better because they use organically grown produce and naturally raised meat and yes of course they DO have cheese.

The exact one time I have gotten guac from Chipotle on the side I had to pay 3 dollars for about a tablespoon, which lasted all of a few chips, which I also had to pay for, which made it immediately not worth it.

Chipotle is good, but if you're getting anything other than a burrito, it's overpriced, which is, to be honest, my main reason for liking Moe's better (well, now that I know they have more than one vegetarian option...)

I can't stand Chipotle or Moe's.

Tacos El Gordo in Chula Vista, CA is what's up.

Baja Burrito, and it was (is?) awesome.

It's not like California style burritos are fine dining.

but I was always partial to Cosmic Cantina in chapel hill (I even put up with the burning skin being that close to UNC-Chapel Hill)

I always ask for mine on the side (in a little cup thing)...comes with more than you would probably want for in one sitting.

i prefer both Qdoba and Chipotle to Moe's

but i usually get soft tacos, fajita style...which is basically just steak, chicken, onions, peppers, cheese and a little pico

fuck beans

i think this is from qdoba

it's cheap, convenient, and they pile as much veggies on as i want. (and i like the veggies more than the deli meat in general.)

and if i'm in the mood for something "good" i'm not leaning towards a sub from any place.

do they call places like Chipotle and Panera Bread "fast casual"? is that the term?

ie, better than fast food but not like, awesome
