It has been explained. A piece of garlicky buttery Texas toast (cheesy is also acceptable) pile on the spaghetti and sauce sprinkle on the Parmesan and eat with with fork or by lifting toast and taking huge messy bites.

Those are options you could play around with. I typically have the toast of course hot and toasty, and just serve the hot spaghetti on top, but I like the idea of putting melty cheese on top and throwing it under the broiler.
