Yes, and I feel like moisturizer just makes them more prone to picking up germs.

I find that staying healthy and cold-free is directly related to the amount of water I drink

More water I drink --> More often I use the bathroom --> More often I wash my hands

hand sanitizer won't get rid of dirt, etc the way soap will
