Still, to set the record straight, I didn't even notice the thread until shortly before I posted my first comment, and even then it wasn't until a couple hours later that I got the idea to e-mail the poster with a link to this thread, but by then I saw that the posting was revealed to be for a behavioral study, someone else had already done just what I was about to do, and the listing had been deleted already so I couldn't warn him as I wanted anyway.

I'm very sensitive to behavior like the OP, because it reminds me too much of shit that happened to me in my younger years; I mean nothing sexual, but insincere expressions of interest that I only learn about once they've gotten their laughs in.


In closing, remember that the things you do aren't okay just because you're the one doing them.
