Instead of going to fullscreen on my TV, it does this. Only when I close the laptop lid. When its open its fullscreen. Using an HDMI cable to connect the two, and no settings have been changed. This just started tonight.

I dont understand why it wouldn't be. I haven't changed any settings or downloaded any programs. Also, I cant check the display settings when the lid is closed haha 3/11/2014 1:14:04 AM |

I feel like this TV has always just adjusted itself. I've never had to adjust the resolution on anything ever to get it to display properly. 3/11/2014 1:19:33 AM |

Why can't you check the display settings when the laptop is closed? Just plug a mouse into it and look. For some reason the laptop is changing the resolution or something is happening when the lid is closed.
Another solution would be don't close the lid. Just set the tv as the primary monitor and turn off the laptop screen. 3/11/2014 11:02:33 AM |
