Missed the Manziel Bust/Boom question.

I think if Manziel goes in the top 6 picks, I'd lean towards bust, simply because I don't think he'll be a great QB his rookie season and going that high the expectations will be lofty and he'll be starting from day 1 on a pretty bad team.

If Manziel slides(for whatever reason) and goes after pick 10 or so, or more importantly to a team that isn't horrible and/or can let him come in behind a veteran(ex: Rodgers), then I think Manziel could end up being a huge steal. I love his confidence/leadership, but I don't think he's quite ready to start day 1 in the NFL.

But if I'm the Texans and can't trade back, I just can't see myself taking Bortles/Manziel/Bridgewater #1 overall.

^ I think he is a tight end, but that a TE w/ the franchise tag should probably get more than a franchised WR.

With the exception of Megatron and maybe one or two others you could argue that the top 5-10 TEs have more impact than the top 5-10 receivers.
