Nah see, the small end you bite off with no / little sauce to get maximum breading flavor, then the big end is for heavy sauce use because the chicken doesn't taste like anything. At least that's how I did it with frozen nuggets back in the day.

I agree the boot is best. You dip the "toe" deep into the sauce and take a big bite. Then you have part of the "heel" for the last bite to dip.
