3) Don't hold the elevator for your loser family if they're more than 5 seconds away. Seriously had to tell some dude he was going to have to catch the next one after he held it for over 30 seconds and his family was nowhere in sight a while back. The rest of the people were like "Thank You!!!!" as soon as the doors closed.

4) the higher the floor you're getting off on the farther back in the elevator you should be. I don't want to climb around your happy ass if you're riding to the top floor.

1. bubble space
2. don't fart
3. don't smell...if you haven't showered recently, take the damn stairs
4. don't talk/hold conversations on the phone. We don't care..
probably more.....but will have to think about it

-do not, under any circumstance, rape anyone
-get on quickly, and move away from the door. Get off quickly, and move away from the door
-when youre the last off, hold the door for one person getting on if they're waiting on you. Its annoying for people to take their sweet time getting off, only in the nick of time before the door is shutting.

Don't stand there and jam the "close door" button, it doesn't really do anything anyhow

If you're getting on a full elevator and want to weird-out the people, enter the elevator, but don't turn to face the door. Just face the crowd during the entire ride. Or make your way to the back corner and just stare at it.

I like to walk halfway into elevators, stop for a moment, close my eyes, and have a quick shudder. Then I say softly, "nope...not this one"...and back out slowly and stare at everyone in the elevator as the door closes.

Make sure you press all the buttons right before you get out. Everyone will thank you because it looks so much nicer to see all of the buttons lit up.

If you accidently get off at the wrong floor, don't embarass yourself by turning around to get back in. Take the stairs and make fun of the passengers on the destination floor for being lazy fucks.

Yeah, I notice fat people do this often. And I wanna yell "that's why you're fat!" But then I think that maybe they have really bad knees or something and I decide not to yell at them.

My classmates do this at the hospital and it bothers me. I'm always embarrassed when someone is on the elevator with us and asks what floor. I don't know where the stairs are though and no one else seems to have an issue with it.

It's bad etiquette to talk shit about Cherie Berrie while riding the elevator.

It's connected, but it only works if you have the fireman key turned.

On the elevators in our office, the close-door button only seems to work if you press it like 4 times rapidly.

If I have the elevator all to myself, I like to hide in the corner so I don't look like a dick for not wanting to hold the button. Esp. first thing in the morning, I want to be left alone. Fuck small talk.

Is it bad etiquette to play "Love in an Elevator" on my phone when a girl gets in the elevator?

I'm pretty sure I've seen plastered in/around every elevator to take the stairs in a fire emergency, not sure I'd feel comfortable working in a place that I wasnt sure where the stair access was. At least you got legs, the people in the wheelchairs and gurneys are a different story.
