Fan received 6 and then 7 text messages subsequent weeks from the Bills which is 1 and 2 more texts than the user agreement stated OH NO's!!!!!!!!

When I get annoyed about about getting to many e-mails from a company i give my address too i opt-out. Apparently this guy sues for $3 Million!!!! Fucking ridiculous. If the Bills were spamming him 6-7 times a DAY or gave his number to 3rd party companies to text him advertisements than i could maybe understand. In no way did the addition of 1 to 2 texts over the course of a week harm Mr. Wojcik to warrant punitive damages.

^Dude has a picture of David Thompson's jersey in his office, even though he's a professor at Wake Forest (1:11). And yeah, I didn't know the details of that case. Those pictures are gruesome.
