I'm about 1/3 of the way through season 5 now (started season 1 less than a year ago). I think the show is pretty damn good, but if I sat down and thought about it for a few minutes I could probably list at least 10 shows that (in past or present) I would rank ahead of it (for myself).

Honestly think it's the best show I've ever seen. Great writing and plots and twists. Miss me some BB. Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston......come backkkkkkkkk!!!!!!



Let me say I don't watch a lot of shows. Don't have AMC, HBO, etc etc. But out of ones I've seen, this one is the best.

It's just as good as the wire ... Not better, but as good

The thing that I love the most about breaking bad was the first opening scenes was just balls out crazy

i'm on season 4. it has improved with each season, and i am enjoying it. however, i do not understand the hysteria surrounding breaking bad, and i do not see it improving that drastically between now and the series finale.

My wife and I finally finished the show last night. We started watching the show a few seasons behind but then we didn't watch the final season since I was out of town most of last year for work and waited to watch it together once I got home.

Anyway, by the time we started watching this show it already had a lot of hype and as a result I was a little underwhelmed by Season 1 because I had hyped it up so much in my mind. It was still a good season; I probably would have given it a 7/10 and I would have kept watching regardless of whether I knew it supposedly got better or not, but it was just not as good as I expected. However, I am glad we kept watching because every season was better than the previous.

It was amazing to me how the tone of the show shifted in season 4 and 5 to something so different feeling to me than the first 3 seasons. Those last two seasons were just so impeccably well written, acted, and directed and I have a hard time thinking of a show whose ending I was more satisfied with. Season 5 was so good I was borderline depressed when I woke up this morning knowing we had none left

The part where he left a meth user choking and it happened to be a air traffic controllers daughter and the plane just happens to land on his fucking house is where they lost me. Spent so much time with cool suits and stuff in little glimpses to turn out something so far fetched.. I was over it. Unfortunately it seems like it gets better and I stopped when it was at the worst point
