I actually have no idea what goes on there these days aside from the fact that it looks just as shitty as it ever has and the property value has not soared as those who pushed for the Nuisance Party Ordinance seemed to think it would. But hey, they got what they wanted, so whatever.

I looked at the douche Benson Kirkmans house when it was listed for sale in the mid 2000s. I guess he finally gave up and moved. He tried to stip on the listing that the new owner could not rent it out. IIRC it sat on the market for a LONG time.
