they're demolishing the place across the street for sure. I'm sad b/c that bangin korean place with the best fried chicken EVER was there and had to move locations.

I heard they are going to just attach the Panera and Starbucks at the bottom so they don't have to tear it down. There will be a rooftop patio so you can enjoy chain sandwiches and coffee under the bell tower.
