tl;dr The Nazi's were going to turn Eastern Europe into farmland, because German farmers didn't have enough land, and most of the land they did have was owned by a small few (which I presume they blamed on the Jews). They would push out the natives (like the Poles) and send them to Siberia. But that was okay, because it was pretty much what the US did with the natives.

So the Nazi's were populist as fuck, unless you count Eastern Europeans as people. But you shouldn't count them as people, because we're in a battle for survival between the races, QED.
