Is it standard practice to release the name and picture of a suspect, when you know exactly who you are looking for? Seems like that risks ruining the guys reputation without due process.

I know I've seen that guy in D.H. Hill. Where's the 60+ person post talking about him? Could you link it? I gasped when I saw his picture. If this is the guy I'm thinking of, he said he wanted to go to med school.
