Him not dying just means some public defender will make $exas 'defending' him (and we will pay for all his appeals). He will get free food, health care, shelter for the rest of his natural life. When he finally dies 40 or so years from now, we get the honor of paying to dispose of his body.

I disagree. He should have to sit in court and listen as the families of the victims and people he shot tell him what a worthless piece of shit he is.

He should have to live a miserable existence in prison, while everyone he knows lives out their lives, he can miss all that time with his family because he is stuck in prison with a bunch of people that are as fucked up in the head as he is. He is gonna die anyway, he needs to live a miserable, boring existence until that day.

I think a the fuckheaded school shooters really glamorize the whole thing in their mind because they never have to deal with any consequences what they do. They go in planning to die either by their own hand or the cops, so if you take them alive you eliminate that component. Most of these guys are pussies that are addicted to playing video games and weird shit on the internet, they really are not tough at all and are probably terrified of prison.

Yada yada hear the family yada yada. Every time the family of a person that's been killed stands up in the court room, they give some PG13 prepared statement. "blah blah blah I pray for you blah blah blah blah jesus blah blah" Yea listening to some nut jobs talk about their imaginary friend is really gonna screw with him.

Why keep a person alive that adds nothing to society and will never be free again. Just give him some rope and don't check on him for a few hours.

Yes the max security prisons are a little less forgiving, but this guy will get treated good, watch tv, read books etc for the rest of his life. He will not be in a cage thinking about what he did like the liberal media would like you to think.

I would go along with that except for the part that we know death is what he wants, so that's what he should be denied.


Kind of like how people on death row usually don't want to die, we put them to death anyway.

I have watched enough MSNBC lockup. Minimum security prisons are not that bad, but most murderers don't get sent to one of those for a long while.
