For real though, a buddy of mine was convicted of manslaughter for selling someone some heroin where they overdosed and died. In NC, if that person overdoses, the police come after the seller.

I don't feel sorry for him. He doesn't sound like the kind of guy who has been privately struggling with addiction for decades. And we do have to have some standards for behavior.

There's a pretty large life window in which you can enjoy hookers/suspect heroin. It starts somewhere in your teens and ends the day you have a baby who needs you.
