I skimmed it.

The only thing that was problematic to me was the missing column in the basement.

Everything else seemed pretty normal.


Seriously though, the person writing that is clearly very familiar with building code...but they're writing about it as if they just bought their first home and were surprised to learn that it was shoddily remodeled. I'm on board with them that houses are pretty bad out there, but they're being totally dishonest in their presentation...they knew that house was messed up before they bought it.
