drones aren't going away and are going to become the future of our air power. i've read that planes are able to perform much quicker turns and whatnot without the need to keep a human alive/conscious

Yeah no difference between a drone and an RC plane from Hobby Lobby. They're obviously one in the same with no additional technology that might differentiate one from the other.

I'ma go fly this 1/10 scale Piper Cub to Afghanistan and do some surveillance now. Thank goodness these R/C radios will reach half way around the world.
