One time I went to go meet with a recruiter at The Select Group before LinkedIn and the like. When I came through the door I nearly did a Patrick Stewart quadruple take. She had to be one of the top 3 hottest women I've seen in my time in Raleigh.

Yep ... all those groups have some well rounded ladies ...

As a hiring manager at a tech company, the game from these groups is always the same.

Dude director brings a couple hotties as they "get to know your business for 15 minutes" and tell you about all the groups that they provide great contract employees for.

Hotties call you back to schedule lunches, attended in mini skirts, to discuss candidates for your open positions.

Once hired, hotties continue to take you out monthly,in mini skirts, maybe twice a month, until you no longer need their people or have no possible openings coming up.

Can't say the tactic is ineffective. Groups with combination of most fun hottie + competant hires = winner of long term business relationship.
