^^The Jetsons/Flinststones was the best crossover ever.

Better than that one time Spider-Man and the X-Men met each other on the old Saturday morning Fox shows int he 90's.

I enjoyed the king of the hill crossover, because it was just a cameo.

Also, king of the hill was a good show. Family guy is not.

i think family guy kicks the shit out of the simspons in terms of humor. i know simpsons has the history of portraying pop culture well but its just not that funny.

Where would you rank South Park then in the 3?

Family guy is terrible. They just make random jokes that have nothing to do with the plot of the episode.

Plus they all have annoying voices.

Bob from Bob's Burger showing up in the obligatory Family Guy random joke sequence was amusing, especially since I enjoy Bob's Burgers much more than either Simpsons or Family Guy at this point.

i haven't watched a FG episode in a long time, but i tuned in last night and that was god awful terrible. One of the worst hours of TV i've watched in a long time. And i even watched Scorpion.

IMO the crossover was awkwardly forced together and a pretty terrible hour of tv

Haters gonna hate but I loved it. I'm easily amused though so yeah.

Pleased that they made fun of Family Guy just repeating the Simpson's formula. Lolled a lot at Cleveland talking to Carl.

Also, I'm glad you posted that, BigMan157 I was trying to remember the Simpsons crossovers from the past and I had almost entirely forgotten about The Critic. That show was amazing. If they aired it now I think it would do a lot better though -- back then the Simpsons was the only other cartoon I can think of that did any sort of social commentary/parody.

It was better than I expected it to be, though I enjoyed the opening sequence of the Simpsons episode earlier in the night a lot more (Don Hertzfeldt!).

My memory was fuzzy, had to google it and found this on wiki:

Quote :
"Steve Urkel of Family Matters visits Full House and helps Mark in Step By Step. This actually does create a conflict when John Stamos appears as himself on Step by Step, mentioning his role on Full House as Jesse Katsopolis"

Did Matt Groening take his name off this? He took his name off the Critic/Simpsons crossover episode.

He did both. I don't remember what happened in the Step By Step episode but in Full House, Stephanie had to get glasses and Urkel helped her when she felt like a dork.

Also the best crossover episode is Sabrina, The Teenage Witch/Boy Meets World. They actually crossed over twice IIRC. One where it was just Salem and he ate a Time Ball in the halls of John Adams High and then Corey and the gang were transported to the 1940s

And the other was a Halloween episode where Jack was dating a witch (Candace Cameron Bure) and Sabrina showed up at the very end on a date with Eric.

I watch entirely too much 1990s TV

Netflix only has up to season 3 of Bob's Burger

Just finished season 3 the other night. Is season 4 better? Cause season 3 wasn't that great.

The crossover had some decent laughs, but it relied too much on meta humor and the fight and car wash gag were twice as long as they should've been. Pretty weak.

Bob's Burgers is hit or miss for me. The kids are hilarious but Bob and Linda aren't that funny
