It's definitely legal in NC. All of the clubs in Greensboro are Full nude, BYOB and open until 4-5am. There's a reason that I haven't been to PG in several years.

They took a trade, it was either full nude or keep an alcohol permit. They went full nude.

The flip side is, they still can have alcohol on premise (byob), they just cant sell it
