Has anyone ever been on a Wolftreks trip? Are they worth the price?

So the alumni association is promoting a 7 day trip to Yellowstone in January 2015. The cost is roughly $4,000 a person and then you still have to buy a plane ticket to get there. I did some research and it looks like you can stay at all of the places they have listed for the trip for a combined total of a little over $1,000 at that time of year. All of the food and ground travel is covered too. You get 16 meals plus drinks. 16(20)=320. So I guess you can say roughly 400+ dollars when including the tips and all, if every meal is fine dining and worth 20+ dollars a plate. That puts the trip at a total of around $2,000 before you consider ground transportation and professional tour guides. Is the one way shuttle bus to Montana plus guides really worth over $2,000+?

^^It's all just averages. I've ate at $10 breakfast buffets at hotels before. Others have cost more. I doubt every meal would cost $40+ dollars on a trip like that. Maybe it does though. For $4,000 they better serve steak and lobster everyday.

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had was free.

Of course, the room was $600/night.

What is the average age of WolfTreks vacationers? 55+? 60+?

^I have no clue. You can't be too old for this trip though because of all the hiking. I just figured out I could take my 11 day trip that I have planned for New Mexico cheaper than I could do a 7 day wolftrek trip.
